WHAT IS COACHING?

Coaching gives you the opportunity to assess all areas of your life and allows you time to focus on what needs to change. It may assist in breaking negative belief patterns and in the setting of new, challenging aspirations.

Whatever goals and ambitions you may have, or difficulties you would like to overcome, you may find that coaching can motivate you into making real changes.

Coaching allows for a shorter timescale than therapeutic counselling, typically 6 weeks, and can be conducted in a more casual environment such as over coffee or on a mind clearing walk - weather permitting! In this safe non judgemental environment we find out how to best use the talents and qualities you already have, and make a difference, no matter how big or small.​
